Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, device displays and individual screen settings. For children's clothing, minor measurement variations may also occur as a result of manufacturing and measuring methods.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify a product and to limit quantities offered where reasonably necessary.

Orders

When you place an order through Moomooqiu, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

We may accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• incorrect product information;
• shipping restrictions; or
• other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Moomooqiu currently offers a 30-day return period, beginning from the date you receive your item, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in that policy.

Prices & Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will normally be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include:

• shipping charges;
• applicable taxes;
• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• brokerage fees; or
• other destination-country charges.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time.

Delivery estimates displayed on our website, during checkout or in order communications are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information or import inspections.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If you believe your order is lost, significantly delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so that we can assist where reasonably possible.

Moomooqiu is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Moomooqiu, operated by 吴兴织里茂绒制衣厂 (Wuxing Zhili Maorong Garment Factory).

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Moomooqiu and is not responsible for fulfilling our orders or providing our products.

Privacy Policy

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Moomooqiu and its operator against third-party claims or losses arising directly from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services or infringement of a third party's rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or breach of applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, severed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver & Entire Agreement

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of China, given that Moomooqiu is operated from Huzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms may be submitted to competent courts having jurisdiction over the operator of Moomooqiu.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protection, jurisdictional, cooling-off or other legal rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region and cannot legally be waived.
